This smoothie will put you in a zen frame of mind and use up a fair amount of CSA veggies to boot!
For 1 serving:
4-5 kale leaves
1/2 of a cucumber
3-5 chunks of pineapple
1/2 of a banana
Coconut water or coconut milk
Juice of 1/2 lime
5-6 basil leaves
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Drizzle of agave syrup (optional)
Ice
Blend everything together, relax and enjoy
