ABRAHAM'S TABLE FARM
Fellows Program 2026
SUN
Community
Our farm does not exist in isolation and neither do healthy people. Life on the farm will require you to share living spaces with others, participate in the local church life, and be a pleasant teammate during work hours. We will expect you to be humble and willing to live with other people who may challenge you. We will expect you to help us show hospitality and at times be a guest yourself.

Work
To do well here you will need to be ready and willing to work with your hands doing practical things like tending a garden and caring for animals. You can expect to get your hands dirty and be challenged by large tasks as well as important details. Submitting to these challenges, giving yourself to the daily care of the earth, and confronting the sheer mystery of emerging life, you will be humbled and inspired. You will experience the joy and satisfaction of doing something that is good for you, your community, and the environment around you.

What We Expect:
Grow
Like growth in a garden, deep growth of the soul takes attention, care, and diligence. And while we can't force you to grow any more then we can force plants to grow, we can establish helpful conditions for growth and encourage you to do the personal work needed. You can expect to be challenged to think deeply, reconnect with your history, establish good habits, and take responsibility. You will get honest feedback, mentorship, and resources to help you hear and respond to the call on your life.

Worship
We believe the purpose of life is to glorify God by enjoying him and we take that seriously here on the farm. To that end, life on the farm is punctuated by periods of rest and celebration. Our work is balanced with leisure, play, beauty, and feasting. Not only are there regular and re-occurring times of rest and recreation, but we are also intentional about marking time with daily prayer, sabbath rests, and seasonal feasts. You will be expected to submit to the seasons and participate in these rhythms of life on the farm.

Commitment
The farm and the farm’s community will be relying on your faithful work to grow nourishing food. Therefore, it is also essential that you be willing and able to remain faithful in the work for your entire commitment period. While there will not be any kind of binding contract it is important that you are willing to personally commit to the full season as you will be an essential part of the farm and many people will be relying on you.
