Five-week Bread Share
A weekly loaf of rustic country bread baked in a wood-fired brick oven. Made from a blend of organic white, whole wheat and rye flours, water, sourdough starter, and salt. The loaves will be delivered weekly to the CSA dropsites, so be prepared to pickup during one of the predetermined times. Please reach out with any questions you may have.
The bread is best stored in the bag provided at room temperature. Artisan bread should be able to breathe, and should never be stored in the refrigerator. Best eaten fresh, but stays good for up to a week. If, miraculously, it is not eaten up before it starts to go stale, making croutons or bread pudding out of it are two good options for old bread.
