Another week of CSA!


We hope you're not getting tired of vegetables yet.Tomatoe season is coming on line hard core now. Make sure you take advantage of it and let us know what kinds of interesting things your'e doing so everyone can stay inspired together.


Tomatoes-This galette is a light summertime dinner staple for us. It’s good for picnics too. It’s pretty forgiving and adaptable to many different herbs or cheeses.

Zucchini-Have you ever made zuccanoes? I got the idea from Mollie Katzen, and her version is vegetarian, but we’ve made these with ground beef or sausage too. It’s a good way to use up zucchini.

Onions - Woot woot! Onions are finally here.

Chard-Here is some info on chard and options for using it!

Basil - can't go wrong pairing these with Tomatoes...

Arugula - If you haven't tried it, arugula and cucumber salads are so simple and so fresh!
